Outcomes (The Win Conditions)

Every choice must be filtered by the desired end-state—whether that is a Decision, Restatement, or Liking.

Reactions (The Metrics)

Choices are further constrained by the specific, measurable reactions required from the audience to reach those outcomes, such as Agreement, Trust, or Imagination.

Choices (The Tactics)

The final tactical word and voice choices are restricted only to those that pull on the identified Reactions to achieve the sought Outcomes.
